Elementary School Main Entrance

As part of our capital project, construction of the Elementary School main entrance columns began.  As this got underway, structural engineers recommended this afternoon that we close the main entrance of the building while they work with our architect and construction management firms to develop a support system in the interim to ensure the utmost safety for students, staff and visitors.

Due to the temporary closure of the main entrance, students and visitors will need to use alternative entry and exit points as follows:

• Pre-K through Third Grade : Use the Kindergarten–First Grade entrance/exit.

• Fourth through Sixth Grade Students: Use the GP Room entrance/exit.

• All Visitors: Use the GP Room entrance/exit. This entrance will be staffed, and all visitors must sign in and sign out. This includes anyone dropping off a late student or picking a student up early.
